Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins and VIP management at diverse event venues
- Coordinate crowd flow and maintain safety protocols during high-traffic scenarios
- Provide exceptional brand ambassador services through product demonstrations and client engagement
- Operate technical equipment including registration kiosks, badge scanners, and audiovisual systems
- Manage inventory control for promotional materials and event-specific supplies
- Document incident reports and coordinate with venue security teams
- Adapt to last-minute schedule changes and venue-specific requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or event experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Basic technical proficiency with tablet-based registration systems
- Valid New York State ID and ability to pass background screening
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Emergency response certification (CPR/First Aid) a plus
- Reliable transportation to Manhattan locations
