Responsibilities
- Expertly craft specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all equipment and service areas
- Manage cash operations and POS transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Participate in inventory management and restocking

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or customer service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume periods
- Food safety certification preferred
