Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and event support at premium venues
- Manage guest registration, check-in, and credential verification
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during events
- Collaborate with vendors and event coordinators for seamless execution
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Report operational insights to improve future events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or event support
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations across DFW
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Preferred: CPR certification or prior event security experience
