Responsibilities
- Operate provided audio/visual equipment and event technology
- Manage guest check-in systems with supplied tablets and scanners
- Execute venue setup using provided staging and decor materials
- Coordinate crowd control with branded signage and barriers
- Support VIP experiences with supplied hospitality kits
- Maintain equipment inventory and report maintenance needs
- Assist in breakdown and secure all provided assets post-event
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic tech literacy (we provide training on equipment)
- Exceptional customer service demeanor
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Valid US work authorization required
- No experience necessary – full training provided
- Nashville local preferred for rapid deployment
