Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket validation at event entrances
- Assist with venue setup, seating arrangements, and vendor coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries promptly

Qualifications
- 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 30+ lbs
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of crowd control and emergency procedures

- Must pass background check
