- Set up and operate provided event equipment (stages, AV, signage)
- Greet guests, manage entry points, and ensure smooth attendee flow
- Assist with venue layout, safety protocols, and emergency procedures
- Support event coordination teams with real-time problem-solving
- Collect and return equipment post-event per inventory guidelines
- Maintain professional appearance while interacting with diverse crowds
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to event locations in El Paso
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic tech comfort with provided equipment (training included)
