Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, chat, and email during evening operational hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for our diverse client base.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings by delivering professional and empathetic service.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless issue resolution and workflow continuity.
- Stay current with product updates and troubleshooting best practices through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST) consistently.
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and basic networking concepts.
