Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical software and hardware issues for customers via phone and live chat.
- Client Assistance: Provide clear, empathetic, and accurate guidance to customers to ensure product satisfaction.
- Shift Coverage: Manage the evening queue effectively, ensuring all tickets are resolved within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Documentation: Log detailed case notes and resolutions in the CRM system for future reference.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate recurring technical issues to the product team to help drive improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or IT support.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a rotating shift schedule.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and standard office software.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
