Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations during the evening shift to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the evening staff, conducting shift briefings and debriefings.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle complex guest situations with poise and problem-solving skills to ensure high satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste.
- Train new hires on service standards and operational procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of end-of-shift financial reports and labor scheduling.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
