Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients arriving during evening hours.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and speed.
- Assist with the processing of transactions and cash handling accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility to company standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
