Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Update and maintain accurate customer account information and service records within our CRM system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the technical support and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Document all customer interactions and escalate complex issues to management promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and data security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work evenings (e.g., 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and occasionally on weekends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection required.
