Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and technical accuracy
- Resolve technical issues for software products using diagnostic tools and knowledge bases
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precise detail and follow-up protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases effectively
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores above 95% through proactive communication
- Support beta testing programs for new features during evening release cycles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available to work 4 PM - 12 PM, Monday-Friday (20-25 hours/week)
