Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
- Assist clients with product setup, troubleshooting, and technical navigation.
- Document all interactions and solutions in our CRM system accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless handovers and knowledge transfer.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or technical support is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Availability to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
