Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Process transactions and manage account data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while managing high call volumes.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to meet departmental targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or support roles is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (training provided).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
