Responsibilities

- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Data Entry: Accurately log customer interactions and transactions into the CRM system.
- Process Orders: Process returns, exchanges, and new orders efficiently during peak evening hours.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report common issues to management to help improve service quality.
- Adherence: Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM), including weekends and holidays.
