What You'll Do:
As an Evening Associate, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary focus will be ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining operational efficiency during our peak evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Manage inventory and restock shelves to ensure the store is always presentable and fully stocked.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate complex matters to the floor manager.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a smooth handover of operational duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
