Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm professionalism
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders
- Upsell menu items and promotional specials
- Maintain immaculate table cleanliness and station organization
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and diplomatically
Qualifications
- Evening/weekend availability (4-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Tennessee Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
