- Maintain high call/chat response times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of service.
Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
