Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours
- Resolve service issues with empathy and efficiency while meeting SLA targets
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Contribute to weekly performance analysis reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or support experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
