Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on evening peak times.
- Resolve complex technical and billing issues while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless continuity of client care.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest process improvements.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to meet team targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts and weekends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
