Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer questions regarding products, services, and company policies accurately.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service standards and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to meet team targets.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Reliable transportation is required.
