Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Assist clients in navigating our products and services to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate senior team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ words per minute).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
