Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and navigating our software platforms.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to resolve complex client issues.
