Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve technical and billing issues using proprietary CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and escalate complex cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer journey touchpoints
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain service excellence
- Meet daily performance metrics including resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced digital environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional client site visits
