- Resolve complex billing inquiries with 95% first-contact resolution
- Document cases in Salesforce CRM with zero-error compliance
- Collaborate with Tier 2 specialists on escalations
- Participate in quarterly service improvement initiatives
- Maintain 4.8+ satisfaction score metrics
- Train 2-3 new team members quarterly
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service or related field
- Proficiency in Zendesk/Salesforce platforms
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (required for occasional site visits)
- Spanish bilingual certification preferred
