- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve billing and service issues with 95% first-contact resolution
- Update and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex cases
- Participate in monthly service improvement workshops
- Represent the company at 4+ community outreach events quarterly
- Maintain 98% compliance with service protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Basic math aptitude for transaction processing
- Tennessee driver's license for occasional field visits
