Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy, ensuring a high satisfaction rate.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback into our CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members and provide basic training.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
