- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and account inquiries with high accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers of open tickets.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to answer complex questions.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or support experience preferred.
- Must be available to work a rotating evening schedule.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
