Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during evening hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical software and hardware issues for end-users.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to prevent future issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of computer networks and internet connectivity.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4 PM - 12 AM) and occasional holidays.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote candidates.
