Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat support during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Resolve product inquiries, billing questions, and technical issues with empathy and accuracy
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case notes in our CRM system
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless issue escalation and resolution
- Meet and exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate trends or recurring issues to improve service quality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in call center or retail environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced digital environment
