Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Provide professional, high-quality support via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues efficiently.
- Shift Management: Ensure all support tickets are prioritized and closed before the end of the shift.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift team members to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and report customer feedback to help refine our service protocols.
- Team Training: Assist in onboarding new evening staff members when required.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, typically between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, navigating databases, and learning new software quickly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in a part-time role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a related field is a plus.
