- Collaborate with day-team specialists for seamless service continuity
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or Zendesk preferred)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
