Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer concerns using company protocols and best practices
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet key performance metrics including response times and resolution rates
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for evening operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible availability between 4 PM - 11 PM, including weekends
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if field support required)
