Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and digital inquiries during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency using CRM systems
- Process transactions, schedule appointments, and update client records accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to company protocols while maintaining high-quality standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback
Qualifications
