Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Process transactions and resolve inquiries efficiently using our CRM system
- Assist with facility operations including light cleaning, inventory management, and equipment setup
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure seamless service continuity
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and service metrics
- Support community outreach initiatives during evening events
Qualifications
