Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage appointment scheduling and client inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation systems
- Collaborate with day-team staff to ensure seamless service continuity
- Process transactions and handle confidential information securely
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere during evening shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with basic office software and scheduling tools
- Availability for 20-25 hours/week between 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation
