Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and email during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Diagnose and resolve software/hardware issues following company protocols
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system and maintain performance metrics
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex issue escalation
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product updates
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction targets (CSAT >90%)
- Support inventory management for loaner equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 6+ months customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient with Windows/macOS, networking basics, and SaaS platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and de-escalation skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with strong written communication
- Available 3+ evenings weekly (Monday-Friday)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
