Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing issues, product questions, and service requests using CRM systems
- Process orders and transactions accurately while maintaining 95%+ customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with detailed notes and follow-up actions
- Meet daily performance metrics including call handling time and first-contact resolution
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience in call center or retail environment
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with clear, articulate speech
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM software quickly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Reliable transportation to downtown Phoenix office
- Available to work 20-30 hours weekly between 3 PM - 11 PM (flexible scheduling)
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
