Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email during evening shifts
- Resolve technical issues for enterprise clients using proprietary CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in ticketing systems with 95%+ compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain 98% customer satisfaction score through personalized solutions
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Excellent communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with 20+ concurrent chats
- Flexible availability Monday-Friday evenings (minimum 20 hours/week)
