- Document all interactions in our customer management system
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training modules
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (response time, resolution rate)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged)
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
