- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism
- Resolve billing issues, order discrepancies, and service concerns efficiently
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet daily performance metrics while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
- Assist with light administrative tasks during downtime
Qualifications
