Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, product, and service issues efficiently
- Update and maintain customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Meet daily performance metrics for response time and resolution rates
- Identify upsell opportunities for relevant products/services
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability Monday-Friday evenings
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
