Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Process transactions and update customer information in our CRM system

- Assist with facility operations during evening hours including light cleaning and organization
- Contribute to community outreach initiatives during evening events
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
Qualifications
