Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support for our SaaS platform
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data privacy standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet daily performance metrics including response time and resolution targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer support processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office suite
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting
- Reliable evening availability (5 PM - 10 PM, 3-4 days/week)
