Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing and account issues using our CRM system
- Process orders and update customer information accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case notes
- Meet performance metrics including response time and resolution rates
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week (Monday-Friday evenings)
