Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism during evening operations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Prepare and serve food/beverage items following safety and quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations
- Collaborate with team members during high-volume evening rushes
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary
- Adhere to all health/safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM), including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
