- Train and mentor new evening staff on standard procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years in customer service or technical support role
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings (3 PM - 11 PM) and weekends as needed
- Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge (network, hardware, software)
