Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues for end-users efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and improve product features.
- Conduct training sessions for new products and services to enhance customer understanding.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and occasional weekends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
