Responsibilities
- Resolve Client Issues: Troubleshoot technical inquiries and product issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage Tickets: Log and track all support tickets in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Client Communication: Maintain professional, clear, and empathetic communication with evening clients.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of service.
- Feedback Loop: Identify common issues and provide feedback to the product team to improve user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer support or technical assistance.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and basic troubleshooting.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
