Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
